Hudson Valley Gourmet Popcorn started as a family idea with a simple goal: make gourmet treats that feel special — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. What began as a dream quickly turned to something bigger. Now we are delighted to have our cozy storefront where we can share our passion with the community.

We make our popcorn in small batches and focus on bold, fun flavors and that “just one more handful” crunch. From classic sweet favorites to spicy, savory, and seasonal creations, we have a flavor for everyone!

Coming up in the Spring of 2026, we will also be offering ice cream with a variety of toppings and flavors! (Because our popcorn deserves a delicious sidekick)
